For the third time in a row, EVENT SERVICE RS was entrusted with drafting and realising the annual sales meeting of Ventana Medical Systems, a member of the Roche Group.
After Seefeld and Florence, the several-day meeting for 180 staff members from all over Europe and the Middle East took place in Saalfelden. The steering committee presented itself to the participants on a specially designed stage – including a special conference structure – to kick off the new “RTD – Roche Tissue Diagnostics” division. To generate commitment for the new international business case, the participants erected the “RTD Igloo Village” with their own hands, a team-building effort which included setting up creative communication channels. Additional motivation was generated by the dogsled experience with more than 50 huskies!
The extraordinary concept of the event was awarded gold in the category “Staff Events” at the Austrian Event Award.
