Austrian POST AG entrusted EVENT SERVICE RS with the conception and realisation of its Management Staff Workshop (Leadership Think Tank) 2015.
According to the motto “UNITED WE ARE STRONG” and within the framework of a moderated round table discussion, the members of the executive board made use of the morning hours to provide information about current developments, successes and challenges before the results of the staff survey were presented by Dr. Helene Karmasin. The participants were interactively involved and given the opportunity to submit their questions and comments live via Smartphone App. Actors Gregor Seeberg and Maria Happel created awareness of the principles of leadership guidelines with an amusing and entertaining performance of a specially written business theatre play visualising the intention of the Management Staff Workshop at a meta-level.
Afternoon work focused on exchange and discussion; supported by the two moderators as well as professional clusterers and graphic recorders, around 80 participants who had been trained during the run-up assumed their role as chairpersons of their respective tables at the Think Tank WorldCafé. Finally, the images of the different topic areas, including numerous specific approaches and suggestions concerning company measures were assembled on stage. Puzzle elements signed by all participants underlined the commitment of leading staff members to proactively implement the gained knowledge in everyday situations. Subsequently, all verbal contributions and results were scientifically processed and made available to the management in the form of a knowledge summary.
