The agency support for the entire conception and implementation of the annual kick-off event follows a systemic and interdisciplinary approach. As an initial step in the development of the format, the agency creates the motto and key visual. This inspired the development of the spacious studio set on more than 1,000 square meters in the Expedithall Vienna. Living plants reinforce the claim to sustainability. In combination with corporate exhibits, they form the scenery for three triangular stages facing each other. They equally symbolize the three corporate values as well as the core elements of the corporate strategy.
Powerful media technology and the transformable set design enable the engaging image direction featuring seamless transitions between keynotes, talk rounds and live feeds. An entertaining and informative program is ensured by more than 60 involved experts together with numerous video clips as well as the hosting duo Daniela Philipp and Stefan Lenglinger.
The broadcast look integrates the design elements and creates structure through repeating formats, introduced by theme jingles. The "tagesgeschehen", for example, offers intention and introduction. The "impulsdialoge" features exciting panel discussions. The "vorstandsarena" marks the opening and closing of the event. In the "kulturcafé", 300 executives work in parallel on the target culture in 30 moderated online groups. Specially developed e-templates allow an overnight evaluation. This enables the executive board to reflect on initial findings on the following morning. Also truly interactive is the bank99 kick off embedded in the event on Day 2. For example, online participants can submit their motivational message along with their favorite song. From these personal contributions, the live DJ mixes the matching station program for the broadcast breaks.

The entire production is climate-neutral. The 2G+ prevention concept takes care of defined groups according to their tasks. The 24/7 screening of over 150 contributors ensures daily PCR tests on site.

The format also sets a new benchmark in the industry comparison and is awarded GOLD in the category "Online Events/ Trade Fairs/ Congresses" at the Austrian Event Award 2022.
